Your Day has arrived!
As your wedding coordinator, I plan on being there to make your day run as smooth as possible.
The following are the services that I offer:
What you would like-
The wedding coordinator will have three one-hour sessions with the bride and groom (one of them with the Officiant
and bride/groom) to discuss details for the wedding. This includes what you want your ceremony to look like, all the
different elements (guest book, unity candle, ushers, music, programs who receives payments, vendors used, etc.), who
the attendants are, and any other special moments you have planned for the ceremony. We will work together on creating a schedule for the day of the rehearsal and ceremony so that everyone knows where they are supposed to be and when.
Practice for the big day!
The wedding coordinator will attend the rehearsal for 2 hrs and will make sure your attendants know where
to go, what to do, where to stand. Also that the family knows what they are doing and what is expected, the sound
person has the music, the photographers in place etc. Don't worry! I'll have the schedule we worked on from our
sessions and copies for anyone who needs to follow along.
The BIG DAY is here!
The wedding coordinator will be there for 4 hours on the day of the wedding and help make sure the sanctuary
is ready, people are where they are supposed to be, flowers are with the correct people, ushers are doing their job, things are running smoothly and on time, and of course, that the bride and groom are in place!
All the other details...
The wedding coordinator will make sure...
-That the parents know which sides to sit on.
-The sound man knows
when to cue the music.
-That the rings are with the appointed person.
-That pictures are taken on time and that you get
the pictures that you want/requested.
-That vendors are handed their payment.
-That your gifts are taken care of!
-That any elements used in the ceremony are
given to the designated person.
-That the ushers know how to escort.
-That there are extra safety pins, tissues, and
needle and thread for any last minute emergencies!
Party Time!!!
The wedding coordinator will attend your reception as well to make sure the dj is there, your wedding party
is announced properly, your table is ready, and the food is ready to be served. Also, I will make sure you have
your first dance, parent dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting, toasts and anything else that you need done.
(Services for the Reception are optional)
